CARBOHYDRATE ROTATION REVAMPED               “The beauty of this is its simplicity. Don’t put too much thought into it. There’s no need to complicate anything. Just take this time to learn how your body works with things and reacts and adjusts to things. Learning your body is the most important and rewarding part of your fitness journey.”—Jonathan Acosta via Tony Gentilcore’s Blog

ONE POUND OF FAT VERSUS ONE POUND OF MUSCLE: CLEARING UP THE MISCONCEPTIONS

When you become less obsessed with scale readings and more focused on what truly matters with your program, success will follow.  This is why it is important to use more than one method to track your progress.  Some of these methods include circumference/girth measurements, the old-fashioned “how-do-your-clothes-fit-and-feel method,” and body composition testing.  When you put all of these assessments together, you will create an accurate picture of what is truly happening within the body.  By using this data, you will be able to distinguish whether or not you are on the right track with your health and fitness training programs.  Body composition testing is a great assessment tool to use when embarking on a fitness program.”—Jennifer M. Regan, Bamboo Core Fitness

I left a pair of rouge knee wraps (Red band) if any one wants them they are yours. They are bran new (never sweated in) I tried them once, but since I cannot lift heavy I don’t want them to go to waste.

    Jason,
You should keep them in your bag, just cause your not allowed to lift heavy doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have support plus they match the shoe’s you bought.

John the true problem is they don’t match my shoes and my wife won’t let me get shoes to match. Plus I have sleeves JIC I need support. So please feel free to take them. Speaking of matching how’s the hip thrusting planks working out for you? 😉
