1X5@ 60% 1RM
Note: Use 90% of 1 rep max as your 1 rep max.  Do not do more than 5 reps on the last set.
2 rounds for time of:
20 strict pull-ups
30 goblet squats 24/16kg
40 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16kg
50 sit-ups
