Workout of the Day
Deadlift
1X5@75% 1RM
1X3@85% 1RM
1×1@95% 1RM

Note:  Use 90% of your 1 rep max as your 1 rep max when figuring the 75, 85 and 95%.  Do as many reps as possible on the last set of deadlifts.

6 rounds for time of:
200 meter run
12 hand release push-ups
20 air squats
