Tomorrow a bunch of us are doing the Run Around The Lake.  It’s a 4 mile run around Lake Ronkonkoma.  You can do it!  It’s for a good cause.  We have never trained specifically for this run and this will be the 3rd time some of us are doing it.  Click here for more info.
