SHIVWORKS EWO CLASS REVIEW

I feel more confident now that I have simplistic, effective options and I better understand the reality involved.

There is a saying in the training world that goes, You don’t know what you don’t know. It is classes like these that bring home the reality that the learning process never stops“.—Lee Vernon for Recoil

6 POWERFUL PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS THAT EXPLAIN HOW OUR BRAIN TICKS        “When you realize all the many ways in which our minds create perceptions, weigh decisions, and subconsciously operate, you can see the psychological advantages start to take shape. It’s like a backstage pass to the way we work, and being backstage, you have an even greater understanding of what it takes to succeed.”—Kevan Lee for Entrepreneur

THE UNEXPECTED KEY TO BETTER PERFORMANCE AND RECOVERY         “Ruby’s research shows that the most important factor in training in the heat is to maximize the difference between skin and air temperatures in order to keep the athlete cooler for longer. The skin acts like our radiator. As we exercise and begin to heat up, blood flows to the surface of the skin and cools from being closer to cooler air.”—Andrew Read for Breaking Muscle
