CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

Today there are 2 WODs.  Perform the first WOD, rest for 15 minutes then perform the second WOD.

WOD 1
5 rounds for time of:
200 meter run
15 pushups
15 wall ball shots, 20/14#

rest 15 minutes

WOD 2

5 rounds for time of:
6 pullups
7 power cleans, 135 lbs (95 lbs)
8 burpees
