THANKS TO JON B. for presenting the Muscle-Up Maker seminar yesterday! If you weren’t in attendance you missed mobility exercises and drills specific to pull-ups, ring dips and muscle-ups. Good Stuff!
MEMORIAL DAY IS RAPIDLY APPROACHING. That means 2 things: We remember those military men and women who died making the ultimate sacrifice, and 2, we honor US Navy SEAL killed in action, Lt. Michael Murphy, by doing the workout, “Murph”. The sessions for Memorial Day are: 8-9am, 9-10am, 10-11, 11-12pm. Scheduling a session is mandatory for Memorial Day. Let us know…spots fill quickly.
