RYAN’S GOING AWAY PARTY      TOMORROW —  7:30PM  at the gym.  Bring what you’d like to consume or just bring yourself.  Food will be provided.  Let’s celebrate with Ryan as he is about to go off and serve our country!  Ryan has been training with us for 5 years…let’s see him off properly!

 

STRONG IS BEAUTIFUL TEAM COMPETITION     MAY 4TH 11AM-5PM   Three of our athletes are competing this Sunday!  The team is Liliane, Maria an Nicole.  The competition is in Deer Park.  Come out and support!!
