then(immediately)
2 rounds of:

5 deadlift 60% 1 RM
10 knees to elbows
15 burpees
20 thrusters 45/35#  (use 15# bars with the appropriate plates to prevent the dropping of 45# EMPTY bars.  Thank you!)

    Love the coffee article- Bill Murray is a great representation of what I do in the am while trying to get kids out the door.

    I would love to say yes to the muscle ups also but that’s Mother’s Day weekend and I think I have brunch plans that day but I will check into it.

      Thanks Ben, Vinny and Jason for your response to the muscle-up seminar. We’ll see how it shapes up or if we’ll change the date to a time when more people can attend.

      Kelly–Thanks…I post all favorable articles about coffee since I LOVE it! About the seminar: Yes, “they” had some nerve scheduling Mother’s Day on a weekend we picked to do a seminar!
