20 thrusters 45/35# (use 15# bars with the appropriate plates to prevent the dropping of 45# EMPTY bars. Thank you!)

Love the coffee article- Bill Murray is a great representation of what I do in the am while trying to get kids out the door.
I would love to say yes to the muscle ups also but that’s Mother’s Day weekend and I think I have brunch plans that day but I will check into it.
