There are two obstacle races in September that members of CrossFit Suffolk plan on participating in.  Plan now. Register soon while it’s cheaper.  The first one is the Tri-State Super Spartan (September 6th) in New Jersey.  The other race is the Civilian Military Combine (September 27th) in Brooklyn.  The point of contact for the Super Spartan is Brian.  The point of contact for the Civilian Military Combine is Steve M.  Teams are forming as you read this.  What questions do you have?

Teams of 4:
4 Rounds
60sec Max Row for Calories
60sec Max Burpees
60sec Max Goblet Squat – 53/35lbs
60sec Max Push Press – 45/35lbs
Rest 60sec

(Teams get one rower, one barbell, and one kettlebell. Team members rotate through the four work stations at 60sec intervals, so all members work at the same time and all members rest at the same time.)

    I was able to find a coupon online for a 15% discount. Towards the end of the registration right before payment info is a box for coupon code.

    Also the cost of admission goes up May 7 so if you want to join I recommend doing so before then.
    Don’t forget to select Late Morning Start Times (10:45 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.)
