Yes, that’s a 1,000 meter row for time.  If you’ve been in all week spend time foam rolling and doing mobilization exercises after you row.

    Ok team registration is set up for the Spartan Super on Saturday September 6th late morning start time (10:45-12:00)

    Also the cost of admission goes up May 7 so if you want to join I recommend doing so before then.

      Thanks Brian!

      I would add, for those so inclined, to consider staying overnight so you can clean up properly and hang out properly. We did this after every Spartan Race, except when Lisa broke her leg on Staten Island. Then we just hung out in the hospital. FUN, but I digress.

      Running the 8 mile Super, cleaning up then hanging out with your team and NOT driving home from New Jersey until the next morning. Think about it.

    George – just checked out the 4 masters WODS, hope the T-Nation boys will try em. On the wall balls check if your allowed to use a smaller diameter ball, look at Bret Fikowski’s 14.4 video, Canada west. He used one. See you in the morning
