I would add, for those so inclined, to consider staying overnight so you can clean up properly and hang out properly. We did this after every Spartan Race, except when Lisa broke her leg on Staten Island. Then we just hung out in the hospital. FUN, but I digress.
Running the 8 mile Super, cleaning up then hanging out with your team and NOT driving home from New Jersey until the next morning. Think about it.
I like that idea.

George – just checked out the 4 masters WODS, hope the T-Nation boys will try em. On the wall balls check if your allowed to use a smaller diameter ball, look at Bret Fikowski’s 14.4 video, Canada west. He used one. See you in the morning
