3 YOGA POSES TO INCREASE OVERHEAD SHOULDER MOBILITY
“The shoulder should be the most mobile joint in the body, but when movement is limited athletes may end up compensating by using the low back rather than the upper back to increase extension in the lift.”—Bethaney Eanes for Breaking Muscle
5 QUESTIONS WITH COACH GREG NUCKOLS
Short, but extremely interesting, interview from Juggernaut Training with the always informative Greg Nuckols.

8 minute AMRAP of:
3 barbell rollouts
7 hang power cleans 115/75#
20 sit-ups
Post your scores to the Whiteboard.
That’s one great looking group!
I love that after our conversation yesterday, the first thing Nuckols says is, “You can’t out-train bad sleep.” Salt in an open wound, but awfully true. I’m happy to say that I was tired enough last night I couldn’t even stay up late to study, I wasn’t absorbing any of it. I went to bed at an astonishing 10:30 and I already feel better today.
Jade,
I was thinking the same thing! Of course I was reading the Nuckols interview at about 12:30am which just served to make me feel worse.
After reading the interview I just had to Google Nuckols’ friend, Alex Viada. Viada was interesting enough for me to read 5 or 6 articles that he wrote.
If these guys could just be a little boring sometimes I might get more sleep.
Ha! Get your priorities straight! Save those articles for when you’re not sleeping, you can do it!
Reading while I’m asleep saves me so much time. It’s multitasking at its best!
Stop yelling at me.
