The Outdoor Peak Fitness and Getting Back To Weight Management Program is up and running. Our first week was successful and fun. We have a morning and an evening session. We will add more sessions as necessary.
For those who need their macros done for the weight management part of the program let us know.
WE have used 3 easy to get to locations in the last week to accomplish our goals and keep the outdoor workouts “spicy”.
If you simply cannot make the outdoor workout sessions and you need a different workout for doing at home please let us know.
