1 attempt to establish 20 rep max

 

3 rounds of:

15 Hang Power Cleans 115/75#
10 TTB

Rest 1 minute between rounds

[Note:  Games competitors choose wisely!  Scale where necessary in order to be “good-to-go” when the next workout for the Open is released.]

    We didnt know what it was this morning, so 630am session did 70% of your 1 rep max backsquats. 20 of them, then 20 front squats at the same weight, one minute of rest, right in to the metcon.. i feel like dying now lol!

    Yes….it’s a 20 rep set of back squats.

    Not sure what happened there?????
