Meet Mr. Wolf. First name, “Iron”. (It’s really Art but that doesn’t matter. Iron Wolf is cooler.) Mr. Wolf is a calisthenics machine. Apparently somebody foolishly criticized the way he typically does burpees. In this video, he does burpees the way we do. He does 100 burpees in 5:56 and that was after doing his regular workout. I posted this for 2 reasons, (1) so you have some burpee motivation today and (2) just to ask, “why criticize a strong, obviously fit, man because he does his exercises a little different than yours? Does it really matter?”
