Wendy texted me with concerns about not doing pull-ups since the shutdown. I said, “I got a guy”. I told her to, “Call Ben and hire him to build you a pull-up bar.” She was concerned about not having a good place of structural support to fasten a pull-up bar. I told Wendy, “No worries. Ben can build anything.” Here’s Ben testing out his latest project. I knew he wouldn’t disappoint.

5 YOGA POSES POWERLIFTERS SHOULD TRY FOR A BETTER BIG 3 Yes, yes, I know. You’re not a “powerlifter”. Or are you? The “Big 3” are the back squat, bench press, and deadlift. You may or may not bench press often but you back squat and deadlift. Perhaps you’re two-thirds of a powerlifter. In any event, these yoga poses may be helpful.
