I’ve been thinking about this. You may have guessed since I posted the Do-It-Yourself plan for a pull-up “rig” and the review of some of the made-for-home pull-up bars (Click HERE, if you missed it.). WE NEED A PULL-UP BAR OR SOME OTHER WAY TO DO PULLING EXERCISES. Jason C. and Tyler used straps and a Jeep if you noticed the pic above, to do what is essentially a row, similar to a ring-row. Outstanding! I’ve had a free-standing pull-up bar in my garage for years. Obviously the bars in the gym are ideal but any kind of home-based pull-up bar (exposed beam, tree branch, etc.) is better than nothing. What do you think?
