Pretty cool plan for an outdoor pull-up bar. Be advised, this guy lives where the weather is conducive to working out outdoors all year round.
We recommend having a pull-up bar at home. This video may spark an idea of what would work best for you.

    Good morning.

So here it is Sunday already. I feel like I logged out of work just 10 minutes ago.

Yesterday was my first day going out with a mask. Just about everyone in Stop & Shop was wearing one too. A little uncomfortable. When I got in my car and took it off it was a relief.

The past few weeks Ben has been repairing our shed. He stopped by yesterday to add another coat of paint. As always it was great to see him. The shed looks great.

Today I may take a little drive around. Just to see the outside world. Was hoping for a little sunshine like yesterday but that doesn’t look like it will happen.

Thinking of Bevin and all the Spartan medical professionals – Katy, Cindy, Carol, Rachael and Andy (apologies to anyone I missed. That just means I don’t know what you do for a living or I am a little stoo-nod from being cooped up) for being on the front lines. I also worry about my two sisters. One is a nurse and the other manages assisted living homes. Every day they deal with the stress of their patients/clients getting sick or potentially dying. Thank you to everyone fighting the good fight!

Ok off to make some sauce, meatballs and saw-seege. Fuhgetaboudit!!!
