Push Press 1×5 at 75% 1RM

Push Press 1×3 at 85% 1RM

Push Press 1xME at 95% 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.


5 rounds, each round for time, of:

3 Squat Cleans, 95/65 lbs

6 Push Jerks, 95/65 lbs

9 Ring Dips

Rest 1:30 between each round.
