The day is upon us!  Today, besides the awesome training we have as part of our regular scheduled sessions, we have the FIT CHICK seminar at 2pm and the CrossFit Suffolk Party at 8pm.  You can still get in on both!

Back Squat: 3X3 @85% 1 Rep Max

3 rounds for time of:
25 Split Jumps
10 Handstand Push-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans 115/75#

    Loved that article, I have been guilty of doing many of those things. Tried making sure I stayed upright today during the back squats and they felt MUCH better. Thanks George!
