HOW TO MEAL PREP FOR CROSSFIT, MUSCLE GROWTH AND FAT LOSS

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

4 Power Cleans, 70% 1RM Every 1 min for 6 mins.


For 3 cycles:

AMRAP in 3 mins of:

40 Double Unders

12 Push-ups

8 Kettlebell Swings, 32/24 kg

Rest 2 mins between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
