WORKOUT OF THE DAY

5 rounds for quality of:

4 Weighted Pull-ups (or the strictest pull-up you can perform)

8 Kettlebell Snatches (or Dumbbell, but preferably kettlebell)

10 Floor Press (dumbbell or barbell)

20 Wall Balls (experiment with weight from 10-30 lbs.)
