WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WZA 2019 Indy Online Challenge – WOD 3 

Every 4 mins, complete 3 rounds of:

12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Shoulder-to-Overheads

If you complete the 3 rounds at a given weight within the 4 min window, increase the weight to the next load, add another 4 mins to your time cap, and immediately begin on the next 3 rounds.

Round 1: 95/65 lbs

Round 2: 135/95 lbs

Round 3: 155/105 lbs

Round 4: 185/130 lbs

Round 5: 205/145 lbs* *AMRAP with the remaining time

      Thank you for your response Beth. Mike had mentioned at least 3 athletes told him they preferred the 9 AM spot better. I imagine we’ll know by Tuesday or Wednesday. I also imagine, unlike your response, I will get a wishy-washy answer from those I ask. You know something like, “whatever. it doesn’t really matter to me. If I can come down on a Sunday either time works for me.”

      LOL

      I hate wishy-washy answers.

      If I get non-decisive answers I’m going to make Sunday’s schedule non-decisive and change the time every week.

      Just kidding.

      Maybe.
