The event of the season is a week from today.  Yes, the Spartan Performance Way After the Holidays Party, the party that critics have labeled as, “the do not miss event of the year” is next Saturday at 8pm.  Come down meet the people you usually don’t train with, socialize and have a good time.  Bring something to share.  You do not need to feed or provide drink for the entire gym.  If everyone brings a little something that will suffice.  If you can’t bring anything come down anyway.  Wear regular clothes.  There shouldn’t be any working out.

    Hold onto your tighty whitees I’m coming to the party! I know its not as cool as say kobe making an appearance or a 6:30 person but you have to admit you got excited.

    Amanda-No it doesn’t. Mike spent most of his time as a later morning or evening person. I was referring to a hardcore 6:30am person the likes of which don’t know any of the late morning or evening people.
