WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Back Squat 1×20 at 1x BW Rest as needed between sets.

Add 5 lbs to last session’s weight.


5 rounds, each round for time, of:

12 Burpees

2 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

12 Power Cleans, 115/75 lbs

Rest 2 mins between each round.
