CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

Cathy’s back and shoulder definition is drastically different from when she started with us! Consistent hard work and dialed in nutrition equals better aesthetics AND better performance. Cathy took nearly 2 minutes off of her recent “Fran” time. That’s 2 minutes off a relatively short workout. That does not happen by accident and it is not easily done.
