Mike G, Melissa G. (no relation :)), Wendy and Andy competed at the Barbells For Bullies Competition in New Jersey on Saturday. Mike and Andy took first place in the Men’s RX division and Melissa and Wendy came in 7th out of 15 teams. Congratulations all!

Back Squat 1×5 at 80% 1RM

Rest as needed between sets.


For 3 cycles: AMRAP in 4 mins of:

6 Front Squats, 155/105 lbs

9 V-ups

12 Push-ups
