“Murph” the workout and the person is fairly well known in our area since Michael Murphy came from Patchogue. Are you aware that a soldier from our area who also made the ultimate sacrifice has a hero workout in his honor as well?
Jason Santora was killed in action in 2010. The Hero WOD, “Santora” is named in his honor. Santora was a Farmingville resident and graduate of Sachem North High School.
