15 Russian Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg

3 Wall Walks

The gold standard for body fat testing is to be submerged in a hydrostatic testing tank but this method is usually not possible for the general public. Get Tanked brings the testing tanks to your location and testing takes just 15 minutes. You will have the most accurate testing conveniently brought to where you train! Your test results include your lean muscle mass and body fat percentages and your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate (an accurate reading of your metabolism.       I”ve given this one a lot of thought. I believe Jon says, “Clocks on YEAH!” as opposed to “The Clock IS on…OH YEAH! No need for “The’s” no need for “OHs”. Not in Jon’s world. That would be an unnecessary use of space and time. Jon spends so much time and energy being awesome words like “the” and “oh” are mere distractions and a waste of breath.
