Workout Of The Day

Turkish Get Up 3-3-3

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

3 reps with each arm per set

For time:

50 Double Unders

40 Toes-to-bars

30 Power Snatches, 75/55 lbs

20 Push Press, 75/55 lbs

Lateral Med Ball Throw: 20-20 (20 on each side)

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
