    Wendy F – yesterdays link to “12 reasons 47 yr old hates crossfit” was f’in hysterical and right on point. I’m 45 according to crossfit age standards and never been happier getting my ass kicked every day, well except Sunday – that’s the day god said I needed to rest.

    Thanks for posting about this link that Wendy posted ( & Wendy post it again here ) It is hilarious and so true! But really it should be for 37 yr olds too bc this is how I feel! Lmao!
    # 7 is all me! Literally when I started crossfit, one of my 1st 6:30am classes everyone left ( they all cheered for me as they walked out the door ) and I was still there with Greg ( & Steve who stayed to cheer me on & count w me )! Anyone that has done a WOD with me- you know I am Always last!
