We are sending out the care package, to our military service friend overseas, on Monday at noon-ish. So you have today, tomorrow and Monday morning if you’d like to donate. Our friend and his brothers-in-arms will be spending Christmas in a very simple structure or a hole in the earth, where there will be hostiles nearby and not the comforts of home. We figure the least we can do is try to make their situation a little more comfortable. Thank you to those who have donated already!
Workout Of The Day
For 3 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Kettlebell Swings 32/24 kg
15 Goblet Squats 32/24 kg
Rest 3 mins between each cycle. For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
