Workout Of The Day

Strict Press

1×5 at 60%1RM Strict Press

1×5 at 70% 1RM Strict Press

1x AMRAP at 80% 1RM

Use 90% of your 1 rep max as your working 1-rep max when figuring your percentages.

Let’s say your 1 rep max is 100 lbs.
90% of 100 lbs. is 90lbs. (100 X .90= 90)

90 X .60= 54 lbs
90 X .70= 63 lbs.
90 X .80= 72 lbs.

Round up to the nearest “5”.  Make 54 lbs. 55, make 63 lbs. 65 and make 72 lbs. 75.

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

40 Double Unders

15 AbMat Sit-ups

6 Hang Power Cleans, 115/75 lbs

 

Optional: Handstand Hold 2x 30 secs
