CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

Tyler’s long road of spending extra time working on getting a muscle-up paid off yesterday.  Tyler performed his first muscle-up!  To say Tyler was excited is an understatement.  Tyler started training with us years ago when he would accompany his father, Jason, to the gym.  We would have Tyler do workouts while he waited for Jason to complete his training.  Eventually, Tyler became a regular member of the adult program.  Now, Tyler is quite the CrossFit-athlete and he’s only getting better.

 

HOW DO YOU CREATE DISCIPLINE

CALM DOWN…..IT’S SUPPOSED TO FEEL HEAVY

Workout of the Day
CF Suffolk Striking
–OR–

30 minutes of:
800 meter run
15 Kettlebell Swing (American), 24/16 kg
10 Weighted Sit-ups, 25/15 lbs
5 Supermans
2 Alternating Spiderman + Reaches
