TEAM WORKOUT
Teams of 2 will perform the following 20-minute AMRAP with only 1 teammate working at a time:
60 calorie row
50 kettlebell swings 24/16 kg
40 box jumps 24/20″
30 toes to bar (1 teammate must hang from the pull-up bars while the other does the T2B.  If either one comes off the bar the other must come off as well)
20 deadlift 225/155#
