    Thank you guys! I’m very grateful to have you guys and your encouragement .. you guys are awesome! 🙂 We have a great gym..everyone is so supportive and encouraging! Its humbling to be around such a great group of people and amazing athletes!

    Lisa, I’m just reading this now! Holy S***!!! You did it again!! In the last 5 years I’ve known you, you have had so many amazing accomplishments. It’s so astonishing how you push yourself through all kinds of situations and handicaps to not only just “get through” a competition but to come out on top.. time and time again, despite situations that would cripple other athletes and people. You are a fighter and have the heart and drive of a champion! And it shows through in all the ordinary and extraordinary thing you do!!! To say I’m proud is an understatement.. to say my coach is a super hero is nothing short of the truth!!
