CUT THE CARAMEL ROLLS, AVOID THE KNIFE

Workout of the Day
30 minutes of:
200 meter run
5 Russian kettlebell swings
4 mountain climbers
3 glute bridge
2 groiner w/t-spine rotation (1 on each side)
optional: add 10 double unders and/or 1 pull-up to work on those skills
