Juana continues her streak of first-times and personal records.  Last night she hit a personal best 120 lbs overhead squat and then did her first 15′ rope climb.  Congratulations Juana!

    Thank you so much Lisa, for all the insightful tips,and sitting with us to go over the different ways of climbing the rope, I truly appreciate it. Thank you George for the shots, and tip about hanging from the rope to reposition feet. Also that first pic was me both excited to be that high up and scared ,when I looked dow lol
