15 minutes of single arm kettlebell clean and jerk practice

{Note:  The Kettlebell Clean and Jerk is also known as the “Long Cycle”.  If you click on the highlighted “kettlebell clean and jerk” above there is a video of grip strength athlete and strongman, Adam Glass, performing the single-arm long cycle with 56 kilograms.  That’s 123 lbs.!!}

 

Conditioning:
20 kettlebell swings 24/16kg
20 box jumps 24/20″
20 kettlebell swings
20 sit-ups
20 kettlebell swings
20 wall ball 20/14#
20 kettlebell swings
20 box jumps 24/20″
