Thank you to Cindy, Russ and Abby for hosting the 3rd Annual CrossFit Suffolk Summer Bash on Saturday.   As usual, it was a great time!  We shared stories, food, drink, a hot tub and watched the McGregor /Mayweather fight.  Who could have asked for anything more?  We appreciate the work Cindy and Russ put into hosting.  They have the least amount of fun and get to do the bulk of the work.  They put in the same effort for the party that they put forth in the gym and that’s why the Summer Bash is always so successful.

7 minute OTM: hang power snatch (sport version: hang squat snatch)

5 minute AMRAP:
6 push jerk 135/95#
30 double unders
Rest 3 minutes

5 minute AMRAP:
4 push jerk 135/95#
25 double unders

6 sets of 15-second High-Intensity Planks (15 seconds rest in between each one)

    Thank you for opening your home to us! But you couldn’t pay me to get into that dirty water dog, boiling sausage fest you call your “hot tub” despite that everything else was fantastic as always!!

      Katy,

      I apologize. I didn’t see your comment until just now, over 24 hours since you made it. Had I been paying closer attention I would have commented sooner thereby saving you from the period of awkward silence.

      I might have said something like, “Oh right Katy…like you’ve never been in a hot tub full of men before.”

      I may have said, “I beg to differ Katy…I think for $40.00 and a custom water bottle etched with your name on it you would have dove right into that hot tub.”

      But now that so much time has passed I’ll just say nothing.
