We have long believed that it’s just as important, if not more important, to be mentally strong as it is to be physically strong. In fact, our very favorite thing about CrossFit is the fact that the physical application of this methodology makes you mentally tougher. When you’re putting yourself through the workout of the day and you’d like the workout to be over but you continue through your zone of comfort into the zone of discomfort you’re getting mentally stronger.
