30 double unders
30 weighted sit-ups 25/15lbs.
30 weighted push-ups 25/15
30 dumbbell push press 40/30lbs. (15 each arm)
30 dumbbell squats 40/30lbs. (15 each arm)

[Notes: Use bumper plates for the weighted sit-ups and push-ups. To get the plate on your back for the push-ups, bring the plate overhead while on your knees and place it on your upper back then get into push-up position. Hold dumbbell near shoulder for squats. Scale reps and weight as necessary.]
