Workout of the Day
5X4/8 Front Squat/Back Squat @ 75% of 1RM FS, rest 1-2 minutes between sets

(That’s 5 sets of 4 front squats and 8 back squats with 75% of your front squat 1 rep max.  Rest 1-2 minutes in between sets.   Here’s another look at the same thing:

set#1: 4 front squats/8 back squats with 75% of front squat 1 rep max

set#2:   same as above

set#3:   same as above

set#4:   same as above

set#5:  same as above

 

5 rounds for time of:

10 burpees
10 kettlebell swings 32/24 kg
20 sit-ups
