A POWERFUL NEW WAY TO SQUAT  This looks promising!  We use the “Frankenstein Squat” to teach the front squat during the Foundations session.  We’ve never tried it from the bottom position as the starting point as described in this article, but we can “see” this correcting the form of those who tend to lean forward…once core strength is developed.
