2017 CROSSFIT OPEN PREP: TOES TO BAR EFFICIENCY TIPS

WHAT IS RESILIENCE?

CROSSFIT OPEN INFO & REGISTRATION

CROSSFIT JUDGES COURSE (VERSION 2017)  The CrossFit Open is done in our gym.  We will be judging our own members registered for and competing in the Open.  CrossFit offers an online Judges Course which we recommend not only if you are going to judge, but for your own edification.  The judges course will force you to take a critical look at movement standards.  The benefit is obvious is you would like to judge.  The not-so-obvious benefit is it will motivate you to have a critical eye toward your own standards of movement while training.–George

Great articles George. I especially loved the one on resiliency. And I completely agree with your comment regarding judging. It definitely helps your own performance throughout the course of the rest of the year. You wind up holding yourself more accountable during wods and will no rep yourself.

Really great articles George. The three efficiency laws for T2B was spot on, I saw it first hand Sunday when the guys were teaching Jay the kip and he tried it and flew with his toes to bars compared to strict t2b’s. Lets be RESILIENT Crossfit Suffolk!
