Congratulations to Tara M.!  Tara did her first pull-up last night!  Tara’s been working on it for some time and getting the pull-up was one of her original fitness goals!  Great job Tara!

TECHNIQUE TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR SQUAT SNATCH & YOUR POWER SNATCH  Good tip, but it’s for the athletes who have mastered the squat.  First things first!

5 STEPS FOR RESTFUL SLEEP AFTER LATE NIGHT WORKOUTS

Workout of the Day
7 minute EMOM: 2 deadlifts-power clean-hang power clean-jerk complex
NOTE: Increase weight each minute as is possible while maintaining good technique and posture.
AMRAP 7 minutes of:
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings 70/53 (32/24 kg)

*Rest 7 minutes & repeat.

Optional:
Three 20 meter Prowler push
