We are about a month out from the CROSSFIT OPEN (click here to read more and/or register) The Open is the first stage of the CrossFit Games. What’s good about it is anybody can compete (there are scaled divisions), you compete in your own “box” (no need to travel anywhere distant) and it’s a fun, learning experience.
