WEIGHT LOSS ISN’T A RACE

We are about a month out from the CROSSFIT OPEN (click here to read more and/or register)  The Open is the first stage of the CrossFit Games.  What’s good about it is anybody can compete (there are scaled divisions), you compete in your own “box” (no need to travel anywhere distant) and it’s a fun, learning experience.  If you are reading this and you’re saying to yourself, “that’s not for me”,  you’re probably wrong.  We can discuss.  

Workout of the Day
Front Squat
1X3 @ 60% of your true 1-rep max
1X3 @ 70%
1X3 @ 80%

15-12-9 reps for time of:
Toes-to-bars
Wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball
75/50-lb. thrusters

3 X 10 (on each side): kneeling, lateral med-ball throw
