CROSSFIT SUFFOLK: Powered By SPARTAN PERFORMANCE

Here’s what’s going on:

  1. The Transformation Challenge officially starts today!  The end date is February 26th.  There are 2 categories for this Challenge: 1) Most body fat lost and (2) most lean muscle mass gained.  Select workouts will also be performed again when the Challenge is done.   We encourage all participants to have photos for Before and After pics.  We will be recording all participants body fat percentage during the next 2 days.  Good luck to all participants!
  2. The 2017 After-The-Holidays party will be held at the gym on Saturday, January 28th!  The party will start at 8pm and go late.  Our parties are not to be missed! Let us know if you’ll be attending.
  3. The CrossFit Open starts on February 23rd.  Great news for those participating in the Transformation Challenge.  You’ll go into the Open with your nutrition dialed in!
