LET US KNOW IF YOU PLAN ON TRAINING ON CHRISTMAS EVE.  LET US KNOW WHAT TIME.  Session times will be 10-11 am & 11am-12 pm only.  This will be subject to change based upon demand or lack thereof.  Please don’t say you will be there if you are not sure.  Christmas Eve is on a Saturday.  If you will be celebrating on Friday night think carefully before committing to a Christmas Eve session.  [We decided to go with a “softer” color today as the use of red print yesterday caused some members to be triggered and request a safe-space in the gym.  We hope the use of today’s color brings the offended back to the warm, fuzzy feeling they are used to getting from our friendly, sensitive messages.]

5 Russian kettlebell swings
2 box jumps 24/20″
3 V-ups
2 lateral med ball throw, on each side, 14/10#
1 thoracic bridge, each side
1 groiner with T-spine rotation, each side

    Bethie, Janie, Tara, Pat, Ashley, Richie and Amie–You are on the list for Christmas Eve….and we are checking it twice so don’t be naughty.

    Joe–I’ll be experimenting with various colors to see what really sends people into a frenzy.
